  1. My Mum told me this, ……. in 1960 when I was five. I’ve had fish of all sorts prepared in all the different ways at least once a week ever since and i’m as nutty as a fruit cake LOL . I am sure it is one of the very best foods for you.Lets hope the fish farmers don’t ruin it with their poisonous feeds that I hear about on the news channels.
